The hotel was fantastic in many ways, offering spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean rooms. The staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was lovely, particularly for events at the NEC, despite a few minor drawbacks in certain areas. Dining was satisfying though improvements could be made. Overall, a great value for money stay.
